We are a venture builder focused on the Catholic ecosystem. We found and co-found ventures from scratch, and we help Catholic founders scale their existing ventures by providing access to our network and our hands-on team. Sanctus is not an investment fund nor does it invests directly in projects. We are also not a one-time acceleration program or a community of founders. However, through our network, you can connect directly with investors, accelerators, and a community of founders. Our focus is on building and scaling ventures.

A venture builder, also known as a startup studio or startup factory, is an organization that systematically creates, develops, and accelerates startups. Unlike traditional incubators or accelerators, venture builders take a more hands-on approach by providing comprehensive support, including financial, operational, and intellectual resources. They often act as co-founders, helping to shape the business idea from its inception through to market consolidation. A startup is a young company founded to develop a innovative product or service, bring it to market, and make it indispensable for customers, characterized by its focus on technology, scalability, high levels of risk and uncertainty, and often seeking external funding from investors to support its growth and development, and can be found in various industries with a small team of passionate founders.

We support a variety of businesses within the Catholic ecosystem, including both non-profit and for-profit projects, focused on startups but some traditional business. Our focus is on developing innovative and scalable solutions that serve and equip Catholic families and the broader Church community. This includes technology projects, food, health, educational initiatives, social enterprises, and more, all aimed at promoting peace, discipleship, and effective communication within the Catholic context.

We offer a comprehensive range of services to support the entire lifecycle of a startup. Our key services include: Strategy: Helping you define and refine your business strategy, providing mentorship and coaching for leadership development. Fundraising: Providing guidance and support for securing funding. Product Development: Assisting in the creation and enhancement of your product. Technology: Programming and coding of web and mobile applications. Sales & Growth: Developing and executing effective sales and growth strategies. Marketing & Design: Offering marketing strategies and design services to ensure your product is user-friendly and visually appealing. HR & Recruiting: Helping you build a strong team. Operations: Streamlining your business operations for efficiency. Customer Success: Providing support and customer service. Finance & Accounting: Managing your financial health and compliance. Legal: Ensuring your business is legally sound and compliant. We work alongside you throughout the entire process, from ideation to scaling your business to millions in revenue.

Venture Builder: We will be your partner with at least 50% equity. Generally, these cases start with new projects in the ideal phase, and we put all of our efforts into making it happen, from scratch to scaling into a big venture. Cofounder: We usually join ongoing projects, where we propose a smaller equity stake (approximately 10%). However, just like a cofounder, we receive compensation and charge a monthly fee based on a percentage of the revenue for providing full support from our team. BPO (Business Process Outsourcing): Your company can hire us on a one-time or recurring basis for specific services, such as outsourcing the marketing, finance, technology teams, etc. Board Advisory: We participate in the strategic advisory board of your business helping during your journey, where we suggest a percentage of 0.5% to 1.5% and/or a fixed monthly fee.

After you submit your project on our website, our team will receive and review your information. If we identify some synergies with our thesis, we will schedule meetings to present you with a proposal and discuss the next steps.
